Canceling SIM deal

Hi, I recently got a SIM  + broadband deal in a store. 
I will receive my broadband equipment in 4 weeks so I know I can cancel that deal, but can I cancel my SIM contract if I am still within the 14 days cooling period. I was told by the seller (guide) that I can. Is that true?

No, as you ordered in-store you have no statutory 14 days cooling period right of return.
