I recently took out a second contract and you sent me a sim, telephone number XXXXXXXX. This sim would not allow Lte connection so you sent me another sim on the 6th February which worked but not on my second phone. As it is not working as I wanted it to, I want to cancel my contact. Please reply to my email address as this sim doesn't seem to receive messages.

@tonylount Is your 2nd phone unlocked to use any network? or was this an EE supply device ?
