Plan upgrade not showing in app

Hi, I upgraded my plan on 3rd Feb and had expected my plan details on the app etc to be updated by now? Concerned if its gone through OK as I don't want a further big bill on the next cycle. Thanks.

Did you select a SIM Only plan or a phone and plan?

It was a sim only 12 month plan. I was out of contract on 3rd Feb and had a call with retentions to secure a new deal on a much lower tariff. Thanks.
