I can’t login to my account it keeps saying oops sortIng out behind the scenes it’s been saying this for about 3 weeks now

Are you trying to log in via the app or the website?
If you are having problems logging in via the app, I would try deleting the app and reinstalling it to see if that solves the problem, otherwise ring customer service so that they can reset your account and that should then work.
I have just tried logging in on mine and it is working ok for me, no problem, but if you were logging in during the night, the app could be under maintenance, as that is when they do it, during the quieter times. Also make sure that you have the most up to date one.

I'm having the same issue. Can log in in the app but can't access half my features (like billing and upgrade info), just says 'we cant load this info'. Can just about log in on web browser but my account just doesn't load. Says error then constantly refreshes until it boots me out. Been doing this for weeks. Spoke to tech at EE a few days ago who said they'd sort it but still nothing!

Are you able to set yourself up as the 'bill payer' in the manage numbers section of your EE Online account?

Personal account. It's defo an issue with my account just not sure how to get it resolved as already spoken with the tech team once
