Hi James,
I got back in touch with technical yesterday who told me the same thing I was told a week ago.. they don't know what the issue is and they need 72 hours to solve it. I'm not holding my breath. Not sure why no one seems to be able to see what the problem is 🤔 Password and account have been reset, and redownloaded the app, still no luck on app or online. The guys in the EE shop tell me they can't help and to ring EE. Round in circles 😭

What is happening exactly when you try to log into your account?
Do you get any particular error messages, and has this ever worked in the past?

For the App it says it’s not working when I try to login.
On the website it logs in and then says “sorry we can’t load this right now, and I can’t see anything on my account.

Thanks for sending those over for me @Userna234HU.
With EE online accounts you have a login username which then is linked with the details in our main account system.
Therefore whilst the login itself is fine and will work as a Community profile, something will need checking at our end with how this is linked to your billing account.
We don't have account access via these forums, but if you reach out to our technical support team, they'll be able to get these brought up and check over everything.
