You can change your address in the Plans & Subscriptions section of your EE Online account.

No this is not helpful the link you provided does not take me to plans and subscriptions?

Hello @SW3110. 

I've just tested the link and can see it takes you to a log in page. 

Once you have logged in it will direct you to the Plans & Subscriptions section of your EE account. 

You will then need to scroll down to 'Address' which is under 'Do more'.

I have no idea where you are looking, i log in via the web and i takes me
to a home page with barely no information just a search icon....

I cannot see any drop down boxes or links to anything!
