On sim-only-deals page on ee . If I select yes to 'Are you an existing EE mobile customer?'
The different deals switch from ' chose plan' to ' log in for savings. I am an ee customer already so I chose second option, the one wit discount. 'Chose plan' works as intended ,but when I select 'existing customer' option it sends me to the home page which does not load.
Same problem on different deals,browsers,computers

Are you an existing cust for an EE mobile contract? That's what it's getting at, not PAYG or Broadband.

If you are looking to take a new or additional SIM Only contract, you can see all of the options on our online shop.
If you are looking to renew your existing plan on SIM Only, just login to the EE app or through the EE website, and head to the Upgrades section.
