broadband billing

Can,t connect biling to my profile name

Thanks for confirming that @Robertempson.

In order to merge your accounts, all details including the profile of the EE ID, along with any broadband and mobile accounts, must be identical.

This includes spelling, formatting, and any possible contractions too.

If you give our customer care team a ring they should be able to check how everything is set up, and if anything needs correcting look into getting this sorted.

Could you please let us know exactly what message is coming up when you try to link your broadband account? Feel free to pop up a screenshot too.

Also is it via the EE App you're trying to do this, or the browser version of your account?

 Visited EE shop for advice, they told me my profile name doesn’t match account name, can,t get billing info up by logging in by apps. Suggested that customer services would help.
