I am currently on a SIM only deal that is now available to be renewed/upgraded as of this month, I'm trying to take advantage of the Black Friday SIM only deal (half price for 6months) but when I login the deal does not seem to be available.
Can anyone shed some light on this please.

Hi Christopher,
thank you for your reply. I’ve tried on two different devices and two different browsers and both are the same. I can select the deal and sign in to my account but it treats it like an additional plan rather than give me the option of upgrading to this deal.
If that makes sense.
