Received an EE email saying my bill was ready to view. Went on EE website but cannot get to my bill. What a rubbish website. Complicated, unfriendly and useless.

I am sorry you are having an issue with using the website to view your bill. On the website there are two ways to access your bill page.

When you first login, when you are on the Home page, you will see a summary of your latest bill amount with a View My Bill button below to be taken to the Bills and Payments page. 

Or on the banner along the top of the home page, there is an option to select Bills and Payments here, as well as Plans and Subscriptions and Orders. 

Are you seeing either of these options when you are logged in on the home page, if not what can you see when logged in? EE Home

Same experience as above - totally rubbish and confusing website, search function doesnt work and impossible to simply download my bill, pathetic.

I am sorry to hear you have not been able to download your bills. 

Do you have access to the EE app as well as the EE online?

When you log in do you see the option for 'Billing'?

EE have emailed me with my latest bill but unable to open it as usual. I am so glad that I will not have to put up with this rubbish website much longer. They have ripped me off enough by raising my monthly bill, reducing the internet quality. Plus removing my landline. Not only that they have put me on a 24 month CONtract when my BT one ended this December.

They'll be able to make sure your account is all set up as it should be, and also check over the details of your plan so we can be sure on the terms of this.
