I can see my mobile bill but not my broadband bill not even where I can the broadband icon  please help

Thanks for coming to the community.

Are you able to see any other broadband account details when you are logged in, such as your package?

Have you tried both the EE app and the website?

Having just updated my BT broadband package -  now labelled as BT - I also cannot access my Bill - despite receiving an email with the subject line: Your Broadband Bill is Ready

When I click on 'View your Bill ', there is Nothing  there under my Account.........?

If you aren't able to access your new bill from the email you received, have you tried viewing this online or through the BT app directly?
