When I log in to my online account and click on billing, all I see are the menu's at the bottom and a blank white screen, no billing info whatsoever. I do this every month so to access my bill, which I pass to my accountant. Has something changed?

Online, as I save the PDF copy to my PC and send to accounts. I don't use the app.

Could you try accessing this on the app, just to see if you experience the same issue?
Have you tried logging in to your account online using a different web browser or alternatively have you tried clearing the cookies and cache?

Hi Debbie,
I have tried clearing cookies and cache in Chrome, and have also tried using edge, Same result, when i click on bills the screen is blank except the menus. I can download it within the phone app.

Can you try downloading the bill through the EE App, once downloaded to your phone, are you able to email this to yourself and log in to your email through your PC and open the PDF, does this work or do you get an error?

I'm getting the exact same problem. I'm trying to see when my contract is up for renewal. I logged on the other day and assumed it was just a problem with the website but I'm getting the exact problem today. Just a blank space.
I can't access bills, and no other links on the homescreen show anything either????

Have you tried logging in online using an alternative browser page at all?

I finally got the App to work and I found what I was looking for in there.
I haven't tried an alternative browser - I was using Chrome. I tried every link I could find but got nothing. Nothing has changed since going on the App. I was only looking to find out when my contract ends so I got all I needed

I'm happy to hear you've been able to find the information you need when accessing the EE App.
If you could try to log in to your EE Account using a different browser page, if you're still unable to view your account information, I recommend getting in touch to speak with a guide who will be able to investigate this further and log a ticket, if needed.
