I’m abroad and my EE account has been closed. I still need to make payments for my bill. I can’t send text or make calls. Need to speak or chat with agent.

Welcome to the EE Community 😊
Whilst we don't have the option for support via WhatsApp, we do have a messaging team that you can contact via the help section of the EE app.
This can also be used for checking your account and paying any bills too.
If you're not longer able to access this but know how much you have to pay, you can also use our anonymous payment page to make a payment for any phone number, or also contact us from abroad.
To reach our team, you can call +44 7953 966 250 from any network, or also through services such as Skype too.
