Hi.
I paid my broadband and bill yesterday which I got a confirmation email about yesterday evening when I paid it.
this afternoon I received an email saying your suspending my broadband due to unpaid bill.
can you sort my account out and stop emailing me with incorrect information as it is causing me undue stress.
