Good Morning

i can’t seem to find my latest bill anywhere in the app. It’s not there and I’ve looked everywhere.

this is annoying and for a company this big.

the app definitely needs an overhaul how am I suppose to budget when I can see my bill

@stevehills , the app has just been updated and works fine for me and many others, you may need to get EE to do an account refresh, then you can log in again, which should work.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Hi @stevehills 

Thanks for coming to the community.

You should be able to see the bills in the EE app by going to Manage then Billing.

It will then have the option of seeing your full bill, changing which bill you want to view and downloading the bill as a PDF.

If that doesn't work, what do you see?

i don’t see anything when I go through all the steps you described 

@stevehills , have you tried uninstalling the app, rebooting, then reinstalling the app? Does that then solve the problem?

You should actually see view my bill when you log into your app, or click on Manage and then see Billing, click on that and then choose the one you want to view.

If that does not work, have you tried logging in via the website into your account and checked the billing there?

Have you been able to try logging in on the EE website as @Schockwave mentioned?
