Hi @randlesvanessa,

Welcome to the EE Community

If the charges show under charges from other companies on your bill then it will mean Apple Music has been purchased direct with Apple and that the Apple ID used has your number set as the preferred billing method. You should be able to see order details logging into apple.com/bill with the Apple ID used.

If Apple Music shows under your add-ons on the bill then this will have been purchased from us and can be removed via your online account or by texting STOP MUSIC to 150.

If it has been a purchase direct with Apple and you want to remove your number as a billing method you would need to go to the phone with the Apple ID that has made the purchase and then:

In settings, tap your Apple Account username.

Tap Payment & Shipping.

Tap Mobile Phone.

Tap Remove Payment Method.

Tap Remove

You can also block using your bill as a payment method with third party companies by texting BAR to 150 from your phone, if you only have one number on the account. If you have multiple numbers on the account you can give us a call on 150 and one of our guides can add the bar.
