I have been charged for my Apple Watch, I went into merry hill branch Saturday 5th April and they had to fill out a certain form but it is not showing in my bill they said the £36 will be removed - is there anything on your end showing this?

@Amy8806 EE don’t give out free Apple Watches so why shouldn’t you be charged ? If you have a phone contract that gives you free unlimited data on a watch and you purchased a new watch from EE you still have to pay that watch contract you’ll just get unlimited data. Once you actually pay off that contract and you take out a sim only contract for that watch only then would you not be charged the £7 for that cellular contract because of the phone contract.
