hello my contract ended on 29/11/2022. I called earlier to end the contract and again I was billed for the next month what's going on?

When were you billed? When did you call to cancel? They probably crossed over.

Once the account has been cancelled, you will receive a final bill from us which would include a credit for any line rental paid in advance that you didn’t use.
