Billing for personal & business

I have both personal and business contracts with EE. When I login, it is through my personal login. I click on my personal bill to understand or view the full bill and it takes me to a break down of my business contract. The site does not allow me to see a full breakdown of the personal contract, just the total amount.

I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can ensure your email is registered to your personal account rather than your business.
