Hi, I have a contract with EE broadband and mobile for myself, my partner and my son.

We have realised I am paying and also my partner is paying so it looks like a duplicate account, please help?

My number is ***********.

Hi @Sarah1012wilson

Welcome to the community.

I appreciate this can be concerning, as XRaySpeX has mentioned above it could be that you are paying for them separately.

If you have access to your online accounts you can take a look in there.

Or if you'd prefer Contact our guides and they will be able to take a look into this for you.

Thanks

EE BB & mobile are billed separately even when under the same EE a/c. Could it be that you are paying for 1 of them & your partner for t'other?
