Did you mean:

Billed for calls I did not make

I have been billed for calls to a number that I did not make. 100% I did not make them. I was on call to customer services for 1 hour trying to sort this out. It felt like they thought that I was lying but I was telling the truth and they did not listen. Did EE make the call to get more money out of me. Can they prove it?

What difference should the cost of your phone plan make? Just out of curiosity, are you suggesting that a different approach should be taken if a customer spends less each month.

Are you paying "a lot" because you have a high-end smartphone?

You should have asked the billing CS to provide details of the phone & SIM combination used for the calls in question.

Quit the drama. I pay a lot because I choose a plan that costs a lot and that is not my problem here so chill. I should not have done anything because I did everything including what youve suggested. Just so the person that complained knows hes not alone since he got attacked by others saying he was wrong or lying. Anyway, theyve just now removed the charges of my bill so hopefully they can do the same for the others. For the person who made the post no, you are not crazy, its happening with others too. This should be investigated.

No drama here - it was you that stated "I pay a lot" as if that should make a difference to the level of service you get or how you're treated.

The logical extension of that argument, is that those who pay less, aren't entitled to the same level of service. Is that what you mean?

I'm plenty "chilled", by the way.
