Hi @Heatherirvine67 As @Schockwave mentioned, we don't have access to customer accounts here in the EE Community.

I'd recommend giving us a call so that a guide can look into your account to see if an extension can be offered.

To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

@Heatherirvine67 , this not customer service you will have to contact them and they will let you know.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
