How far back can I get old invoices for?

I need to process that I made a call in 2020 but I can see invoices that far back in my account. Does anyone know how far back the bills are held?

@jj1964  If you need a bill that far back you need to call customer support to request this.  You’ll be charged I believe £2.50 per bill you request.
