Buona sera, ho già pagato 30 £ qualche settimana fa gli ho mandati a voi per il mio piano tariffario della vostra compagnia di 29.99£ perché adesso mi state chiedendo di pagare 73 £ se ho già pagato 30 Pound poi 100 Pound siccome io devo pagare 72 Pound al mese tra cellulare e e Wi-fi c’è stato il mese scorso se non sbaglio o due mesi fa ho pagato 73 £ +29. 99 £ Che fa più di 73 £ al mese, quindi perché non andate a vedere voi i pagamenti e vi mettete a posto il piano tariffario, visto che sono in addebito con il il Wi-fi devo pagarlo però mi ha detto che devo pagare pure il cellulare, ma se l’ho già pagato, perché devo ripagarlo
