They send me the bill with wrong account number and account balance

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

They said that maybe there is another account that is not mine

Hi I am trying to pay my bill online but the website is not working I don't have time to vist the branch. Please let me know when website is working.
