Hi I have just been asked by text by ee for £16 towards my balance  but my direct  debit  of £28 came out on the 4th May so unsure why asking for more money

@Lisaadele15   That’s probably a scam.   Is there a link in that message for you to use ?  If there is it’s definitely a scam.  Do not click it and you need to forward that message to 7726 and then followed by the number when prompted.   Then delete the message.  

can you post a screenshot of it ?  Remove and personal information from it first though.
