Hi, Logged in with my partner to check why her monthly DD is going up - we can't look back at any of her monthly bills or anything else because My EE says 'Normally your account holder pays your bills. If you need to pay a bill, ask your account holder how much to pay'. We pay the DD from a joint account - why the lock down? Also the account page on the portal is very restricted - why? Finally, if somewhere in EE's data has me as the main account holder then again why? My name is the first one on the joint account, but I have never had anything to do with setting up this account in its previous life or under EE - again for EE staff - please explain why we are seeing a locked down account?

She will need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers .
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
