My phone has been disconnected for no reason. I’ve checked to see if there is a fault in my area. There s not. I have tried to contact ee through messenger and twitter. This has not helped

If you have kept up with your payments, then EE do not disconnect you. Are you able to use wifi calling where you are, if your phone has wifi calling that is?
