Guys - I have a £21 mobile phone contract with unlimited calls text and 25Gb data which I do not go over. Why is my bill coming out at £27? Any ideas - thanks

Have you viewed your bill breakdown - is there any particular item on it that you're not sure about?
As an opener for six, "unlimited calls" means 01,02,03-prefixed landlines, and UK-registered mobiles.
