Why my bill so high and when is my contract end?

  1. Look at your bills in your online MyEE at the bill's breakdown.
  2. Look in your online MyEE under My Plan > Plan Details for your contract dates.

Hi @ttetati,

Are you referring to a phone bill, home broadband bill or something else? Let me know and we can point you in the right direction to see a full breakdown of your bill and your contract status.

Alternatively, you can get in touch with customer service to discuss your bill and the charges within it. This is just a community forum so we don't have access to see your bill.
