I have a friend who works for ee was given friends and family discount codes for 2 contracts with I added and was accepted by the sales person a few months on noticed I wasn't receiving the discount. Called them about it they acknowledged that I hade given the codes and said they will start them from the time I complained onwards but wouldn't credit my account for the period I had been paying full price very shady behaviour. Will be leaving and not returning once my 4 contracts are completed only because I can't be bothered going through the ombudsman process I think they do this knowing noone can be bothered to go through that process disgusting behaviour. Shame on you EE!

Did the team check your codes were valid?
