If you're still unsure why the bill is higher after following @Schockwave's advice, I recommend speaking with our Customer Support team on 150. They have access to your account, so are in a better position to look into this for you.

@Kathy1961 , this is not customer service, but a public forum with no account access and we do not know who you are, but if you take a look at your bill, by clicking on download, you can see the breakdown of it and why it has gone up.
