I've paid my bill today, its not updated that I have, my services are suspended, and ive called ee twice, been on hold for half an hour both times and no answer. I need help

It can take up to 24 hours for payments to be processed and restrictions removed from the account. I'd recommend keeping an eye on your account and restarting your device periodically during this time.

If you're unable to use your services after 24 hours, please get in touch with our Customer Service team so they can check your account and help get things sorted.
