So i tried getting a phone and gave 30 quid upfront 4 WEEKS AGO.

The transaction was pending for like 2 weeks. I wasn't logged in so i made my purchase as a visitor/guest. That money has been taken out and they never emailed me or anything. Didn't even tell me when i would get my money back. Don't get any contract with EE they scam you and take your money.

I've had the same problem and it's been over 4 weeks and no refund. I want my money back this is absolutely ridiculous. How can you guys take people's money and not return it? This is really shady.

I have tried to contact you guys and no one will help me i even contacted my bank. Nobody wants to help or do anything.

It is your bank that ring fences your payment pending debit. It seems strange this is still on hold 4 weeks later. You need to speak to your bank and ask them when they will release funds.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

No no my bank has released the funds 2-3 weeks ago already. It was pending for 2 about 2 weeks might have been less actually. And i got 0 response from ee regarding my refund. No info on what happened to the money whatsoever.

When you spoke with our customer care team what did they advise?

They told me that i need to contact my bank which i did and my bank can't give me back funds that they haven't taken out of my account it was ee who took out the money. I would like my money back immediately
