I’m trying to pay my bill as I always do via Apple Pay, but the option is missing?
I don’t have access to my card at present and my bill is overdue, so would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Is Apple Pay will not be an option any more? Been paying my bill via apple pay for almost 2 years now. Why has this changed?

I completely agree. I’ve always use Apple Pay. I’m not going to take the time and hassle to register my cards with Google. EE should give all options of payment like other companies. It was quick and convenient before.

I am also having the same issue. Bill is due tomorrow. I always pay by Apple Pay on the 25th of every month as that is my pay date- no issues. Apple Pay is not an option now just Google pay or pay by card

Hi there @Tashbox87, can you please give this another try today and see if you're able to pay via Apple Pay now?
We temporarily removed this option whilst investigating some reports of increased payment errors, but this has since been reintroduced and you should be able to use it again.
