I’ve just upgraded to an iPhone 16 Plus, the product page clearly says ‘’Monthly price increases £1.50 for airtime plans on 31 March each year.’’
However when I received my order confirmation email it states -
‘’The monthly price shown will increase each year on 31 March by £4.00, and out of bundle charges will increase by 5%. The cost of other services you take from us may increase or decrease while you are an EE customer.’’
So a £4 increase year on year not £1.50?!
Is anyone else also getting this?

Thank you.

Hi @Jadespade
Flex Pay plans will see an increase of £1.50 every March. This is what you had selected originally on the first screenshot.
Handset Subsidy plans (non-flex pay) will see an increase of £4 every March, which is what you have selected in the second screenshot.

But there is no mention of the £4 anywhere on the website.
infact EE pledge to increase all mobile plans with a handset by £1.50
Basically it’s just entirely misleading sneaky and lies, all which I’ve reported to ofcom.
