All of my numbers have been cut off without notice

My bill is up to date yet EE decided to cut all of my numbers (that my husband and I and the kids use) without notice. We cannot make calls, send texts, and have no internet connection. I can’t even call 150 or contact chat. I am beyond frustrated. 5 years customer with multiple lines and broadband. I am desperate to get this resolved as my husband needs it for work and my kids can't get in touch in case of emergency.

I'm very sorry to hear that you've been cut off.

It sounds like it's essential that we get this investigated as soon as possible for you.

If you have another phone available, I'd recommend giving us a call.

If you have one of our broadband hubs, call 150 from an EE phone or 0330 123 1105.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
