I seem to have allowed Apple Music to be paid through my phone bill, how do i stop this please

You'll need to speak or change your settings on your apple account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 for mobile and 0330 123 1105 for Broadband..

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Thanks for coming to our community.

Is this something you signed up for through EE or Apple directly? If it's through us, you can text STOP MUSIC to 150 which should end any subscriptions with us. 

Are you able to try that?
