Hi,
There seems to be an issue with the EE website, e.g.
Observe this message at the bottom
Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).
If you add an item to your basket and then checkout with EE Finance, the page does not go any further even after an hour of sitting there making sure it doesn't time out. In the EE app, it tries to check but fails and reports something went wrong.
Can this be looked in to, please? I've tried on mobile and PC, its the same across different browsers and platforms.

Welcome to the community.
Thanks for trying a couple of different devices or browsers, it will help with troubleshooting why this isn't working for you. I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team so they can check your account to see if there is any reason why this would be happening from our end.
They should be able to help you get it added.
