Hi, I'm abroad and can't call EE , I want to cancel my sons phone on my account, possibly both sons contracts, the contract has ended. Can they call from uk get a pac code and end contract? I waited 10 hours on the app help yesterday!

@SophieMac67 only the account holder can speak with customer support to request the pac unless you have already given permission for one of them to speak with customer support. They need to be registered on your account in order to speak with customer support and that’s done by you giving permission for customer support to speak with them before hand. Out of curiosity why can you not speak with customer support?

Hi
Thanks for your reply. They are both named on the account as phone holders. I can't call as abroad for work for some time. Their contracts ended and EE offers are way more expensive than alternatives. Do I have to write to EE to cancel contracts?

Hi @SophieMac67 only an account holder can request a PAC, so if one of your sons are the account holder, or if they both have their own separate accounts for their numbers, they'll be able to call up to request their PAC to move their number to another network.
Only the account holder can request the PAC, so if they are just named on the account, and not the account holder, they'd not be able to request to move their number elsewhere.
You can find out more about the PAC process via this very handy link: PAC
