Hi
I’m looking on the website and I can see an add to plan item on monthly but when I log in it disappears and only gives me the pay in full option.
I’m well within the contract time and have used add to plan a few times before and everything is paid off now. I got a new contract in July so should be able to add.
can someone help please?

@NicholaH What item ? as depending on the cost of that item EE just might not be ok with giving your credit for that item.

Hi it’s LG 43” TV 43UQ70006LB.AEUQ
I’ve had no problem with credit in the past (TV, PS4, VR etc)
but there was a the option for me to add a TV for double the monthly price? Just find it a bit odd, appears to be in stock too
