I had my EE id and product linked on the app, but for some reason it is randomly unlinked now and it will NOT let me relink it, for some odd reason. I have a contract to pay off ASAP but due to this unfortunate problem, i can't do that as it won't let me relink everything and sign into my account. Please someone help me with this. Thank you

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
