Account balance

I recently received a bill via a letter and was informed that if it wasn't paid, it would be passed to a debt collection agency.

I wrote a cheque and sent it off and it was redeemed by EE. It was confirmed on my bank statement that it had been paid.

However, I have received another letter stating exactly the same thing.

So can anyone tell me why this has happened?

Thanks

Hi @lobojulie-ann

Is it your EE Online account that you can't remember the password for?

If you follow the 'forgotten password' link, you should be able to reset it so that you can access your account again.
