Hi everyone

My EE contract is finishing in October and I want to leave EE

I hate them now

many years ago I had a contract and then at the end of the contract I told them I want to leave and I had VIP number I paid £600 for the sim card and transferred the number to my EE contract

when the contract finished I asked them to give me my Number and then they said oh we put you on the now contract

then I got into problem and argued with animal EE

then I avoided paying because I didn’t want them Again I wanted to **bleep**ing leave EE

but they scammed me and I lost my SIM card

bustard EE and customer support

So now

I did make a mistake again and I am with them

then the contract ending next month October and I want  to **bleep**ing leave EEEEEEEE

this discusting company let you down and stress's you out while you are on holiday too

I’d better to use Librara

I don’t believe them and I am sure they will do it again with my ending contract

what can I do ?

@Rashidi13468975  You request your PAC via text and you give that to the new provider this will move your number to that new provider.  You do this no more than 30 days before your contract minimum term.
Just text PAC to 65075

Just to inform you to have a new contract you must of agreed to it they can not just start a new contract without your agreement.   You might be blaming EE for starting a new contract but you had to of agreed to this first

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
