Just received my bill to find it's £66 more than what it should be when looking at extra charges I've been billed for extra stuff majority of it I'm fine with as I know about it but one especially from Google play for £19.99 which I never agreed to looking at this it's dated 3 months back so why am I being billed for this in Septembers bills

I'm fed up of EE lately my bills are never consistent and there's always some phantom out of bundle charges on my bill that make zero sense

Hi @Sarahs1986

I know it can come as a bit of a shock when your bill is higher than expected!

From the information you've given me, it sounds like the charges you're seeing are from other companies rather than EE out of bundle costs.

Have you been in touch with Google directly so you can query the charge?

Check our Charge to Bill page if you need further details to do this. Google will be able to let you know exactly what the purchase was for, and how to update your payment details if you no longer want to charge purchases to your EE bill.

When you say phantom out of bundle, what else is showing on the bill you don't recognise, or has this been on other bills?

Have you considered a Spend Cap as well to protect your bill a bit more? Make sure to read what this does/doesn't cover.

Thanks so much,

Linzi
