4GEE Home Router 1m Unlimited £50 Monthly payments

Can anybody tell me how EE can advertise the above contract and yet send a Bill for £70 a month saying that is what the contract costs? I signed up for what I thought, (and was told................and is advertised online as such), a £50 a month contract but when I queried my first bill was actually told the cost was £70 a month.

How much does the price plan show as?

There are no add ons and it is an unlimited data plan............clearly the name of the plan would suggest its £50 a month.
