Why can we not get details of the services we have paid for through EE . Just a yellow stripe saying that it represents Other companies services is not helpful - why not state what those services were. Sometimes things can be bought by mistake and we want to know what to cancel!!

There's usually an ID no. against the charge which you can look up in Third Party Phone Bill Charges
