2 numbers billed only have 1 phone8

Hi am new here.  I pay for broadband but my mobile bill has 2 numbers on it so have been paying double for another number am completely unaware of.  Very worried.  Advice please 🙏

@SteveWigham  You’ll have to call customer services about this.    There is no access to your account from here as this is a public forum 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks this is extremely worrying.  How do I prove that I don't and never have had this second number? I have been paying 50.per month for absolutely nothing 🙃
