Hi am new here. I pay for broadband but my mobile bill has 2 numbers on it so have been paying double for another number am completely unaware of. Very worried. Advice please 🙏

Thanks this is extremely worrying. How do I prove that I don't and never have had this second number? I have been paying 50.per month for absolutely nothing 🙃
