Don’t want ESim

Hello, good morning! They sent me a phone with an eSIM option, but I don't want it; I would prefer a plastic SIM card. What should I do?

I've not happy with EE lying to me when i went into the shop last week to get my lock content removed so i can go on betting sites i don't no why you have locked me out never had the problem before

Switching to Sim only

I’ve opted to switch to Sim only starting when my contract ends next week. Do I get sent a new sim or do I keep the sim I have? My delivery address wasn’t right and before I cancel the order I need to know if a sim won’t actually be delivered anyway....
